*Prices are based on hanging weight. Hanging weight will average between 250-300 pounds. Our current price is $4.00 per pound. Processing at the USDA facility we use is an additional .78 per pound for all standard cuts. Custom processing for special cuts is available with custom processing fees added.

At this time we do not ship half or whole orders. However, we will deliver to customers living in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area for half and whole beef orders.

This is an example of what a typical beef order might look like. Orders will vary based on hanging weight. This example will give you an idea of what you would receive if you ordered a half by simply dividing each by 1/2. You can custom order additional meat products. Additional charges will apply by the USDA facility.

*All orders must be scheduled in advance. Once your order is received, we will place a reservation to have your meat processed. This can take up to 3 weeks for a reservation. Once the meat is processed, it will then go through a dry aging process for up to 10 days to make the meat extra tasty!
