This is an example of what a typical beef order might look like. Orders will vary based on hanging weight. This example will give you an idea of what you would receive if you ordered a half by simply dividing each by 1/2. You can custom order additional meat products. Additional charges will apply by the USDA facility.

*All orders must be scheduled in advance. Once your order is received, we will place a reservation to have your meat processed. This can take up to 3 weeks for a reservation. Once the meat is processed, it will then go through a dry aging process for up to 10 days to make the meat extra tasty!
